All sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless stated otherwise under specific circumstances. All products are sold as-is, and we sell only brand new items unless otherwise specified. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage for verification purposes. In the case of a valid defect or damage claim, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on product availability.
If you received an item that is materially different from what you ordered (incorrect model, color, etc.), please contact us within 15 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.

If an approved return results in a refund, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 20 business days of receiving the returned product.
