Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once a Purchase Order (PO) is submitted, it
cannot
be canceled or modified.
Refunds will not be issued unless there has been a clear case of
misinformation provided by our team during the ordering process. In
such
instances, you may contact us via email, and we will review the
matter
at our sole discretion to determine whether a refund is warranted.
Once an order has been fulfilled, we are no longer responsible for
the
products. This includes how the items are marketed, listed, or sold
by
the purchaser.
We do not offer refunds or credits for customers who are not ungated
on
Amazon for specific categories or brands. It is solely your
responsibility to confirm your eligibility and conduct all necessary
research prior to placing an order.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are not included in your purchase and are the sole
responsibility of the buyer. Upon payment, we will provide all
necessary
shipment details, including product dimensions, pallet count, pickup
location, and contact information to assist you in coordinating your
own
logistics.
If you choose to ship your products directly to Amazon or Walmart,
we
can assist in the fulfillment process. However, please note that
FNSKU
labeling is not provided by us and should be arranged separately.
