Once you've selected the products you'd like to purchase, simply submit a Purchase Order (PO) request through our website or by contacting your dedicated sales representative. Please ensure your PO includes your business name, shipping preferences, and any required tax exemption or reseller documentation if applicable.

Step 2: Receive Your Invoice

After we receive your PO request, a member of our sales team will promptly prepare and send you a detailed invoice. This will include:

  • A full summary of your order
  • Product quantities and pricing
  • Your company information
  • Payment instructions
  • Shipping/pickup options

Every invoice is reviewed for accuracy to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.

Step 3: Make Payment

Once you've reviewed the invoice, submit payment using the available methods outlined (e.g., ACH or wire transfer). We process orders promptly after payment is received.

Step 4: Product Dimensions & Shipment Coordination

Within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation (assuming no lead time is posted), our team will provide you with product dimensions, weights, and packaging details. This information is essential for planning your shipping or prep strategy.

Step 5: Choose Your Fulfillment Method

Once you receive the product specs, we'll reach out to coordinate how you'd like the inventory handled. You'll have the flexibility to:

  • Arrange a third-party pickup (we'll assist in coordinating with your carrier or logistics team)
  • Have the order prepped and shipped directly to an Amazon FBA or Walmart Fulfillment Center (WFS)
  • Send the inventory to a prep center of your choice through our partner network
  • Ship to your warehouse or storage facility

    A: Yes, we ship to any location within the U.S., including your address, Amazon fulfillment centers, or any third-party warehouse you use.

    A: Yes, we can provide you with shipping quotes and often secure some of the most competitive rates available.

    Q: What happens if a shipment is missing units, contains defective items, or the wrong products are shipped?

    A: If a shipment is missing any units, contains defective items, or if the wrong products are delivered, you will receive a full refund for the products, shipping charges, and any applicable removal fees.

    Q: Are pricing and minimum order quantities negotiable?

    A: We're flexible on pricing, but our minimum order quantities are non-negotiable.

    Q: Are all the products sold on Closeout Center brand new, unexpired, and retail-ready?

    A: Yes, all of our products are retail-ready and guaranteed to be in perfect condition. We take product inspection very seriously and are known for our rigorous quality control. In fact, our expertise is trusted industry-wide—we even offer product authentication services for other vendors.

    Q: Where are the goods located?

    A: Each deal is stored at a different third-party warehouse across the country. In many cases, the inventory is first transferred to our warehouse before being shipped to your destination.

    Q: What if the item stops selling well, the price drops, or I get banned from selling it?

    A: Closeout Center is not responsible for any issues that may arise while reselling items on Amazon or other marketplaces. This includes, but is not limited to, IP claims or accusations of counterfeit products. However, if there is verified proof of inauthenticity, you will receive a full refund.

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    A: We accept payments via wire transfer or ACH. You can also use a third-party processor, such as Melio, to pay by credit card.

    Q: Can I cancel an order or return items?

    A: Once a deposit is received for an order, it becomes non-refundable unless the products are damaged, have the incorrect UPC, or feature an incorrect expiration date. The same policy applies to returns—items are not eligible for return unless there is a product issue that was not disclosed beforehand.

    Q: How long does it take from placing an order to receiving the goods?

    A: Order timelines depend on the product's lead time. For example, if a product has a 2-3 day lead time, it will be ready for pickup within that timeframe. If you're having the order shipped to Amazon or another marketplace, please allow an additional 48 hours after the lead time for processing and shipment.

    Q: Are you authorized distributors?

    A: We are not authorized distributors. Instead, we source our products through a variety of trusted channels, including retail store closeouts, liquidation auctions, and partnerships with major wholesalers. This allows us to offer brand-name products at deeply discounted prices while ensuring quality and authenticity through our rigorous inspection and verification processes.

    Q: Is your invoice accepted by Amazon?

    A: No, our invoices are not accepted by Amazon for brand-gating or ungating purposes. Since we are not authorized distributors, our documentation does not meet Amazon's specific requirements for certain restricted brands or categories. However, our products are still suitable for resale on the platform, and many of our clients successfully sell them on Amazon and other marketplaces.

    Q: Where are you located?

    A: We have partnered with multiple trusted logistics companies across the United States, including locations in Florida, California, New Jersey, and Illinois. These partners handle the storage, processing, and shipping of our products, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and timely deliveries. By leveraging a nationwide logistics network, we're able to provide faster turnaround times and greater flexibility for our customers.

    Q: Can I visit the warehouse?

    A: At this time, warehouse visits are not permitted due to liability and safety regulations. However, we're excited to share that we are currently developing dedicated showrooms in both California and Las Vegas.     Terms And Conditions

    Welcome to Closeout Center. By placing an order through our website, email, or any other method, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

    1. Definitions

    "Company" refers to Closeout Center.
    "Customer" refers to the individual or business placing an order with Closeout Center.
    "Products" refer to any goods offered for sale by Closeout Center.

    2. Contract Formation

    2.1 A contract is formed once Closeout Center sends a confirmation email or invoice to the Customer.
    2.2 All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

    3. Pricing and Payment

    3.1 All prices are subject to change without notice.
    3.2 Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
    3.3 By submitting payment, the Customer confirms their intent to purchase and agrees to resolve any concerns directly with Closeout Center before initiating a chargeback.

    4. Warranties and Product Condition

    4.1 All products are sold as-is, without any express or implied warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.
    4.2 The Customer agrees to review product descriptions, images, and any condition details provided before purchasing.
    4.3 Unless otherwise specified, all products are brand new.

    5. Returns and Refunds

    5.1 All sales are final.
    5.2 Returns or refunds will only be considered if Closeout Center provided materially incorrect or misleading information about the product.
    5.3 Any approved return is subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
    5.4 Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    6. Delivery

    6.1 Closeout Center is not responsible for delays or damages once the product is handed to the carrier.
    6.2 Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

    7. Customer Responsibilities

    7.1 The Customer affirms they have the legal right to purchase and receive the products ordered.
    7.2 Business customers may be required to provide a valid resale certificate.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    8.1 Closeout Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
    8.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid by the Customer.

    9. Force Majeure

    9.1 Closeout Center is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping delays, pandemics, or labor strikes.

    10. Counterfeit Policy

    10.1 If a product is claimed to be counterfeit, the Customer must provide documentation from a recognized third-party authentication service approved by Closeout Center.
    10.2 If validated, Closeout Center will issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.

    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
    11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada.

    12. Modification of Terms

    12.1 Closeout Center reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.

    13. International Sales (if applicable)

    13.1 Customers outside the United States are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions.

    14. Severability

    14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
